Most people follow the 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule which basically means that they’re in fasting mode for 16 hours and east during their 8-hour eating window.

  • Helps you lose weight due to allowing you to eat few calories during the day. Most people find that they can only eat a certain number of calories during an 8-hour window so it definitely helps to restrict how much you eat
