We are a business besides a health care facility and as such we are trying to expand and grow. To that end we ask that:

  1. If you like us tell your co-workers, friends, family, and loved ones.
  2. We understand that life happens, but if you can't make your appointment, if you have forgotten your appointment, or if you are going to be late, call us.
  3. Please be on time for your appointments. We try hard to keep your wait time down to zero to respect your time. When you are late it makes it harder for us to stay on time for other patients.
  4. Like you, we have our personal lives. We enjoy talking with all of our patients both in and out of the clinic but when it comes to scheduling we ask that you call the office and not our homes. We can’t keep track of when we do and do not have appointments available without the schedule book which is always kept at the office.
  5. While we make exceptions in rare cases and see patients during hours that the clinic is closed please do not expect the exception to become the rule. Use of this exception is for emergency purposes. If we do make the exception please realize that you will have to fit to our schedule and that in cases like this we cannot fit to yours. Many times we have other activities planned when we aren’t at the office and cannot always change them quickly.
  6. Know your insurance coverage. Insurance companies change policies on a very frequent basis. According to all insurance companies it is the responsibility of the patient to know who is and is not covered by their insurance provider for coverage as well as details such as deductible, co-pay, and limit of visits before receiving care.
